BRIAN

Having been based in Asia for more than 25 years, I split my time between Hong Kong and Tokyo, working with top public and private companies in both locations. I am fluent in Japanese, and certified to coach in Japanese and English. I am responsible for the day-to-day management of TERMA, and I also maintain an executive coaching client portfolio of senior leaders throughout the Asia region.
